I haven't been to a lot of AC bars but again, i'm always satisfied with the atmosphere and the Borgota is a top notch property so i don't think you'lll be dissapointed. Gambling has been a key attraction since it was legalized in the state of New Jersey in 1976. They have $8 margarita specials on Thursday and Sunday nights.so if you can get there on a non-prime night you'll save a bit (rooms at Borgota and in AC in general aren't bad on Thursday or Sunday). But i suggest going early to get a spot at the bar, a table, or a stool against the wall as it can get very crowded and best to have your own spot. some dressed to the nines.others very casually. I go to people watch.many attractive people. Second, there is always live music and usually hear a decent cover band. First, the drinks are reasonably priced and boozy.normal prices of $12 for a cocktail that isn't watered down is pretty good -especially with cocktails running $15+ at most places. ![]() I've been to this bar 3 or 4 times over the years (don't go to AC that often). ![]()
